Didn’t do as well today as yesterday. Worked until 6pm and didn’t get home until around 7pm. Had to do a 2 hour midterm for child development and post on the discussion board. So, I’m beat. And didn’t do the elliptical today. BUT since tomorrow is Saturday, there shall be a workout! And studying. Bleck

The site says I burned 1798 calories today. I guess that’s good for not exercising. At least it’s more than I consumed.

Now that I have this nifty spreadsheet for foody stuff, I should have no problem copying what I have recorded on here! Yay!

Apparently, according to this website, I burned 2,166 calories throughout my entire day. It’s a neat site; it calculates the amount of calories burned in just about every activity .. including sitting. Lol. 2,166 seems pretty high to me. Maybe next time I’ll be more conservative with my minute estimates.
