I started my day .. well? =D It was a good beginning, anyway. I got up (late), jogged 1.25 miles on the elliptical (a total of 30 minutes with my cool-down), cleaned the kitchen (boy what a mess!), and finally ate! I was so hungry!

I’m proud of myself today. I ate well. I didn’t eat too much. I exercised. AND I got stuff done around the house. Hopefully I can continue this tomorrow. The hard part is continuing it when I don’t get to be home all day. Here’s to a good tomorrow!!
