I started my day .. well? =D It was a good beginning, anyway. I got up (late), jogged 1.25 miles on the elliptical (a total of 30 minutes with my cool-down), cleaned the kitchen (boy what a mess!), and finally ate! I was so hungry!

28g (this helps me pay attention to portion size) whole wheat rotini pasta … 105cal

lovely mix of onions, squash, zucchini, mushrooms, green and red bell peppers, tomatoes … 50cal (with oil to cook em in)

feta cheese mixed into the yummy pasta and veggies … 90cal

3 pieces of bacon … 120cal

Running Total: 365

Now I am baking banana bread with our uneaten, non-yellow naners. =D So far, a decent day.

For today’s conclusion:

some naner bread … 250cal

lotsa veggies: green beans, 2 kinds of squash, bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, garbanzo beans & feta cheese … 100cal

brussel sprouts w/smart balance … 50cal

lotsa fruit: strawberries, apple slices, nectarine slices, black grapes … 175

yogurt w/honey for dipping fruit … 150

End Total: 1090 + 100misc. = 1190

I’m proud of myself today. I ate well. I didn’t eat too much. I exercised. AND I got stuff done around the house. Hopefully I can continue this tomorrow. The hard part is continuing it when I don’t get to be home all day. Here’s to a good tomorrow!!

Things started out good this morning. I cooked up a bunch of veggies .. squash, zucchini, onions, red and green bell peppers, tomatoes .. added some eggs to it .. added 3 pieces of bacon to it … 220cal

Then I wanted something sweetish, so I had an angel food cup … 120cal

Thennnnn I wanted cereal … 300 prolly

Now I’m sipping on some juice soda … 120, I think

Oysters and crackers … 275ish

London Broil … 175?

Why am I having such a hard time with this? Maybe I am just not keeping busy enough. Plan for tomorrow: stay busy! Clean the house. Not fun … but busy. For sure get some extra exercise .. maybe elliptical … maybe run around the house with Ruzie .. but definitely something.

So, today was the second day I had to eat at college. I explored the cafe more though. There’s a microwave and the stuff they serve doesn’t seem to be all that bad, but I’d rather just bring in stuff. 40 minutes is sufficient time to eat =) Anyway

A Hormel Completeats little meal, takes 90 sec to cook, it’s 10 oz and has about 280 calories, a ton of sodium though, 1.47g @.@ Yes, Marie (aka Schmoo :P ) has made me look at calories. They’re pretty good anyway.

Ok .. that’s it. I have to do something. I am really an unhealthy weight for my height AND it is way too close to Eddie’s weight. I justĀ  need motivation toward someone else, I think .. last year I lost 15 pounds becauseĀ  I knew I had to go back and see the doctor, and I didn’t want to disappoint .. so that helped me stay on track. I just need to know that someone will be looking at what and how much I eat every day .. then I won’t want to eat as much and stuff. So, I am starting to day. Counting calories again and not eating fast food with Eddie .. as much as I can help it .. anyway ..

1.5 cups cantaloupe … 90 – yay! good start .. let’s see how I keep it up. Oh I know. I’ll plan what I’m going to eat later so that I don’t resort to something easier when I get hungry.
