Didn’t do as well today as yesterday. Worked until 6pm and didn’t get home until around 7pm. Had to do a 2 hour midterm for child development and post on the discussion board. So, I’m beat. And didn’t do the elliptical today. BUT since tomorrow is Saturday, there shall be a workout! And studying. Bleck

Apparently, according to this website, I burned 2,166 calories throughout my entire day. It’s a neat site; it calculates the amount of calories burned in just about every activity .. including sitting. Lol. 2,166 seems pretty high to me. Maybe next time I’ll be more conservative with my minute estimates.

Today I had a bagel with cream cheese. Some pumpkin pie. Spaghetti with veggies and a little bit of fish. Another small piece of pumpkin pie. Ice cream. And two glasses of wine.

I’ll end my night with some Robitussin .. that has audacity to include high fructose corn syrup as one of its ingredients. Meh.
